Olivia Burrage

Artists -> Olivia Burrage

Olivia Burrage ( Livvy ) is Canadian born and raised in Maple Ridge, B.C.

Her career in the art field began as a Commercial Signwriter, that eventually lead her to the film industry, where she worked with her father on T.V. and movie productions, like the long running show " 21 JUMP STREET"

As an equine owner and artist, Olivia (Livvy )  found herself over the years, doing commissioned paintings for other equine owners and pet owners alike.  As her work was commissioned by those who recognized her given talent, she found herself painting equine figures like "Royal Chocolate" 1973 winner of the Queen's Plate horse race.

As a self taught artist her medium of choice began with graphite, then water color, which seemed to suit her well for her commissioned work, but as her creativity needed expanding and exploring, other mediums came into play.

Much of her work has sold through private sales, but she has sold through small works gallery shows as well. Although she has worked with oil on canvas, pastel, water color, colored pencil and acrylics... she is looking forward to a new chapter in her life as an abstract artist, working with fluid acrylics while continuing with her mixed media.  As she has done so much creativity in her life, and believes, anything is possible in her creative future.

Though her given name is Olivia Burrage, she signs all her paintings as ( Livvy )
